I somehow didn't realize how HUGE that sunflower applique was -- it really seems 5 times bigger than anything else there!

And of course glad to see my fave in-progress quilt there on the floor!

Thanks for the visit to your sewing room. You have so many wonderful projects on the go - it's lovely to have a peek at them in progress. I hope you enjoy your quiet week and find lots of time to sew! :0)

That is so inspiring!!! What fun to be surrounded by all that beauty. Just try not to be overwhelmed. Thanks for the tour :).

If you don't get around to printing out your BOM Cherry Tree Blocks, you can always do a shout out. Since discovering them (not from block 1 mind you), I've been saving them as pdf files for (much) later on, but don't want to let them slip by!
Love your workspace, thanks for the peek.

I loved the photos, "Each quilt contributes to the next", what a great concept! And I zoomed the photo of the bookshelf, could almost read the book titles, fun! Like visiting your creative space in person...

Your sewing room is fabulous -- all those wonderful projects on the go!
The fabrics you're using in your hexagons are super -- love the colours and fabric patterns.

Love the studio pictures of the artist at work! The triangles top jumps out at me.

You have some gorgeous projects in the works! I would love to be the guest next to this sewing room! Beautiful work space. Lots of table space! Love that too!

well I would love to come stay in that guest room, you know where you would really find me though in that sewing room!
so much inspiration and love seeing the fabrics
the hexagons are amazing, beautiful fabrics, that pink is to die for!
looking forward to seeing more of that sunflower quilt, I hope you will consider selling a pattern for that quilt
it is just such a beautiful quilt
makes me smile. nothing like sunflowers.

I really enjoyed a visit to your creative space. I spy Kaffe ombres and some cross stitch and a Janet Bolton book and lots of beautiful fabric. I'm off to move some "working stacks" out of the sewing room for the day so I can actually sew. Your hex flowers are just beautiful! Here's hoping for a quiet week!

How fun to see a shot of all your projects. I confess, I clicked and played I Spy. I'm always fascinated with how others organize their fabrics as it's such a challenge for me. By color? Fabric Line? Intended project??? Too many options!

Great update. I was wondering how far along you've gotten with your Sunflower. And I'm still loving your green/red/cheddar flower pot. It's fun to follow along with other bloggers and their projects.

I thought of you with last night's storm and hope all is well. Your sewing room seems abuzz with creative energy. How do you manage to tear yourself away?

Great photos of your sewing area - love all the color and everything looks so organized. I can see where piecing those little hexagons can be addictive - like potato chips.
Enjoy your quiet time - those moments are so rare.

Lazy days of summer? I'm jealous! Wish I had a room like that...
